“Aimee was such a pleasure to work with on the lead up to our wedding day and on our big day! She had such an eye for detail in design and coordination of colours, furniture and overall couture. I had a lot of ideas and designs I wanted and Aimee managed to put all of my aspirations into a reality and really showed diligence in making everything we wanted happen! Aimee found wonderful vendors that suited every aspect of our wedding theme and dealt with each of them personally to make sure everything was put in motion and ready to go on the day. On the day as the bridal I was stress free having Aimee on our team. She was an asset.
We kept to the timeline that we created and she prompted me throughout the day with times to maintain this plan.
Due to this we didn’t miss out on any special photo shoots, the speeches ran on time and the cake came out when we wanted it. This was important to us as we wanted the formalities done by a certain time to let our hair done. I am so glad she kept us on track.
Styling and set up was magical. I had a general idea where we wanted the main items placed then let Aimee work her magic for the finer details like vases, signs and candles. She made the garden glow and the placement of the tables and chairs allowed for so much space for guests to mingle. All the finer details matter on the day and she really took it on board and made this happen.
I would 100% recommend Timeless events if you're planning a large gathering or wedding.

Aimee was a great help with our wedding. From checking in with our suppliers in the lead up to the wedding, making sure everything was on time on the day to making the difficult decisions when rain decided to hit our outdoor wedding. Aimee for wonderful from day one! She contacted us for a chat less than 1 day after we first contacted her, and we immediately knew we’d made the right decision. We contracted Aimee as an ‘on the day’ coordinator, but she did so much more than that description gives her credit for! We met with her a few times at the venue, and she gave us lots of ideas for decoration and the running of the day. She ended up saving us a lot of time, money and stress! Planning a wedding is never easy – yet when we started we thought we didn’t need a wedding co-ordinator. After some stressful times 9 months out with a change of venue, we decided to look into getting someone to help. Aimee was recommended to us by one of our vendors and after our first phone call with Aimee we knew she was a perfect match. From her organisation of the venue change and constant communication with us (even just checking in to make sure we were going okay) and the vendors, everything couldn’t have run smoother.
